Nov. 16, 2009 Box Score | Photo Gallery Los Angeles, Calif. - Senior Aaron Thompson scored a career-high 22 points and sophomore Jacques Streeter added 11 clutch points Monday night as Cal State Fullerton beat UCLA in men's basketball for the first time in 10 tries, 68-65, in double overtime before a national ESPN TV audience. The Titans improved to 2-0 and spoiled UCLA's season opener. Streeter scored 7 of his points in the final 10:09 of the game. His free throw with 9 seconds left in regulation tied the game at 57. He hit two free throws in the first overtime for a 60-57 lead. His 3-pointer gave the Titans a 65-60 lead with 2:17 to go in the second overtime and his free throw with 12 seconds left was the final point of the game. UCLA shot only 31 percent from the floor and made only 5 of 29 3-point field goal tries as the Titans played a zone defense much of the game and exclusively down the stretch. UCLA also was only 8 of 17 at the foul line. Malcolm Lee and Michael Roll led the way with 17 points each. Gerard Anderson added 14 points for the Titans and Bryce Webster matched Nikola Dragovic for rebounding honors with 14. "I feel pretty good right now -- I'm a little numb," said CSF Head Coach Bob Burton. "It's a tremendous win for our program, especially to beat them at any time.
